Design Consult: If you are happy with our pricing and vision, we will have a more in-depth consultation to finalise details of what you want with the extension, we will go over all the details we need to submit a plan for council approval. This is especially important as any changes made after council approval can cause months of delay getting the changes approved
Plans & Council Approval: We will have an architect draw up plans for your extension based on what we discussed during our consultation. For significant extensions and additions all councils need to approve your final plans and it is easier to get approval if you submit professional drawings.
Contract: Once everything has been approved, we will send out a custom quote with an itemised scope of works, so you are clear on costs and payment details.
Construction: Now the paperwork is out of the way the fun really starts! We take over creating your dream home and make your concept a reality! As your direct point of contact we will organise everything from trades, rubbish removal and finishes to ensure your experience is stress-free.
